Founder:

Belina, known to many as Bell, was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to Italy at a young age to join her family. It was there that her passion for food truly began. Bell attended culinary school, where she developed strong professional skills and a deep appreciation for fresh, well-balanced meals.

After completing her studies, she worked in an agritourism environment, where she helped grow fresh ingredients and prepare meals for guests using locally sourced products. This experience shaped her philosophy of cooking with fresh, wholesome ingredients and serving food with care.

Bell later traveled to Munich in Germany, where she joined a specialized culinary company providing catering services for hospitals and elderly care homes. Thanks to her talent, dedication, and leadership, she quickly advanced to the position of General Head Chef, overseeing meal planning, production, and kitchen supervision while creating high-quality, nutritious meals on a large scale. During this time, she founded Bell Catering and began expanding her vision.

After visiting Portugal, Bell recognized a growing need for reliable, nutritious, and professionally managed catering services for schools, hotels, and corporate organizations. Inspired by this opportunity, she established Bell Menu Algarve to provide balanced meals, flexible catering solutions, and dependable service tailored to each client’s needs.

Today, Bell Menu Algarve reflects her journey, experience, and commitment to quality—bringing together fresh ingredients, professional standards, and a genuine passion for feeding people well.

Meet Asare

With the experience and vision of Asare Vincent, Bel Catering has grown into a thriving and successful company built on passion, dedication, and a deep understanding of hospitality.

After finishing school, Asare traveled to many countries, gaining valuable experience, learning about different cultures, and developing strong communication skills in several languages. He speaks Italian, German, English, Spanish, Portuguese, and a bit of French, allowing him to connect easily with people from diverse backgrounds.

In Germany, Asare founded and directed his own dance school, which he managed successfully for many years. During this time, he also worked in government schools, supporting children with daily activities and contributing to their development and well-being.

Alongside his work in education, Asare gained extensive experience in hospitality, managing small hotels and helping improve their organization, service, and overall performance. These experiences strengthened his leadership skills and deepened his understanding of customer service, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Today, he brings all of this knowledge, creativity, and international experience to Bel Catering, helping to deliver high-quality service, memorable meals, and exceptional event experiences for every client.
